About Us
Vaibhav Enterprises is a leading Third Party Aggregator (TPA) under the Apprenticeship Act, 1961, supporting industries across India in recruiting, onboarding, and managing apprentices under NAPS and NATS schemes.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for NAPS/NATS apprentices across multiple client organizations.
✅ Understand client manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
✅ Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with eligible candidates.
✅ Coordinate with HR and Training teams for apprentice deployment.
✅ Maintain candidate databases, institution networks, and placement records.
✅ Handle apprenticeship documentation, portal entries, agreements, and compliance activities.
✅ Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities.
✅ Liaise with government authorities, Regional Directorates, and Sector Skill Councils when required.
✅ Prepare recruitment reports, MIS, and recruitment performance summaries.
✅ Guide and support a team of recruiters/coordinators.
Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, or related field (MBA-HR preferred).
📝 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Apprenticeship, Skill Development, Staffing, or HR Recruitment.
💡 Strong understanding of NAPS/NATS processes, TPA operations, and compliance requirements.
💻 Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment portals.
🗣 Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
