Job Description – Talent Acquisition Executive (BFSI)

Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in recruitment, preferably within the BFSI industry, to manage end-to-end hiring and build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI roles.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.

• Understand BFSI profiles such as Sales, Relationship Manager, Branch Operations, Insurance, Banking, and Financial Services.

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

• Manage offer rollouts, follow-ups, and joining formalities.

• Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

• Graduate/MBA in HR or a related field preferred.

• Prior experience in BFSI recruitment will be an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.

• Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.
