Job Overview
We are hiring Bench Sales Recruiters (both freshers and experienced) to help market IT consultants. You will handle the full sales cycle — from building vendor relationships to consultant placements and ongoing support.

Responsibilities
• Market IT consultants on job boards.
• Understand consultant profiles, technical skills, and visa statuses.
• Submit qualified candidates to job requirements and follow up on feedback.
• Schedule interviews, handle offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports of submissions and closures.

Requirements
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of U.S. visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC, etc.)
• Familiarity with IT technologies (not mandatory for freshers)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Eligibility
• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of US IT Bench Sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
• Willing to work night shift (U.S. time zone)
• Eager to learn and grow with strong commitment to performance
