Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions across various departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle – from understanding requirements to closing the position.
Source candidates through multiple channels such as Naukri, LinkedIn, company website, job portals, and references.
Screen and shortlist profiles based on role requirements.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure timely feedback.
Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
Update and maintain recruitment trackers and reports.
Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates in coordination with the HR team.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in HR or related field).
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably from financial services, broking, or investment sector).
Excellent sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of job descriptions and ability to match profiles effectively.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
