HR Recruiter's job involves managing the full hiring lifecycle: developing strategies, writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates (job boards, social media), screening resumes, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, extending offers, and supporting new hire onboarding, all while maintaining positive candidate experiences and using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). They act as a bridge between talent needs and qualified individuals, focusing on cultural fit and efficient processes. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning: Develop recruitment plans, create compelling job descriptions, and understand department needs. Sourcing & Attraction: Find candidates via job boards, social media, networks, and events, building talent pipelines. Screening & Selection: Review applications, conduct interviews (phone, video, in-person), assess skills, and present top candidates. Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and work closely with hiring managers. Offers & Onboarding: Negotiate offers, conduct background checks, and assist with new hire integration. Administration: Maintain records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, etc.). Essential Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field often required.Experience: Proven recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and judgment skills.Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and hiring best practices.
