Job Title: Area Relationship Manager (ARM)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Area Relationship Manager (ARM) responsible for recruitment, workforce management, and client coordination. The candidate will play a key role in hiring skilled and unskilled labour, ensuring proper deployment, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and site teams.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum 2nd PUC (12th Pass)
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with field interest can apply)
Mandatory: Two-wheeler (Bike) with valid driving license
Languages: Kannada (Must), Basic English/Hindi preferred
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Manpower Management
Source and hire skilled and unskilled labour (security guards, housekeeping staff, technicians)
Conduct initial screening and basic interviews
Coordinate joining, documentation, and onboarding process
Maintain a pipeline of manpower for urgent requirements
2. Field Operations
Visit multiple client sites regularly
Ensure proper attendance, grooming, and discipline of staff
Handle absenteeism and arrange replacements immediately
Monitor daily operations and service quality
3. Client Relationship Management
Act as a single point of contact for assigned sites
Address client concerns and complaints promptly
Ensure client satisfaction and retention
Support in renewing contracts and identifying upselling opportunities
4. Staff Handling & Coordination
Resolve employee issues (salary, duty shifts, conflicts)
Maintain coordination between management and site staff
Ensure compliance with company policies and site SOPs
5. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily/weekly reports (attendance, recruitment status, issues)
Maintain proper records of manpower deployment
Assist in MIS reporting and basic documentation
