We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to support our hiring process. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals starting their career in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and arrange interview schedules with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand basic job requirements.
- Maintain candidate records, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
- Support employer branding activities such as job postings and social media updates.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow‑ups with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Who Can Apply
- Fresh graduates (any stream) or 0–1 year recruitment experience.
- Strong communication and willingness to learn recruitment processes.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn or job portals is a plus (training will be provided).
- Detail‑oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
