Recruiter

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who want to start their career in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.

This role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to learn the fundamentals of recruitment while working closely with experienced recruiters. You will gain hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and client hiring processes across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

·       Source potential candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other online platforms

·       Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements

·       Connect with candidates via calls or messages to assess interest and availability

·       Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

·       Maintain candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring updates

·       Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and next steps

·       Support job postings and basic recruitment marketing activities

·       Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Eligibility & Requirements

·       Fresh graduates from any discipline

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·       Basic comfort with using the internet, job portals, and social media platforms

·       Willingness to learn recruitment processes and sourcing techniques

·       Good organisational skills and attention to detail

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
