Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team at Quess Corp Ltd in Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates for various client and internal requirements. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, campus drives, and employee referrals.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and manpower planning.

• Conduct initial telephonic screening and interviews.

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal teams.

• Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.

• Ensure proper documentation and onboarding support for selected candidates.

• Manage bulk hiring and campus recruitment drives when required.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Plan and organize campus recruitment drives at ITI, Diploma, and Degree colleges.

• Coordinate with college placement officers and training departments for scheduling hiring drives.

• Conduct candidate registration, screening, and initial interviews during campus drives.
  
  Required Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

  • Familiarity with MS Excel, job portals, and recruitment tools.

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
