Manage client coordination, share updates, take feedback, and maintain strong relationships.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Conduct initial interviews, salary discussions, and follow up until candidate onboarding.
Maintain recruitment trackers, documentation, and daily/weekly reports.
Ensure professionalism, timely communication, and adherence to recruitment timelines.
