
About the Role
We are looking for a freelance HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a project or ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in a freelance or agency setting.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and job portals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience recruiting for [insert your industry—IT, Non-Tech, BFSI, Healthcare, etc.].
Strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
