Role: Recruiter cum TL – FSE (Field Sales Executive)
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end hiring for Field Sales Executive (FSE) roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local hiring channels
Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews
Manage and guide a team of recruiters
Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met
Track joining, activation, and attrition
Coordinate with operations and sales teams for manpower planning
Maintain hiring reports and MIS
Team Leader (TL) Responsibilities:
Assign targets to recruiters and monitor performance
Ensure quality hiring and timely closures
Motivate the team to achieve team hiring targets
Act as a single point of contact for client coordination
Requirements:
Experience in bulk hiring / field sales hiring
Prior experience in Team Handling preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under target-based pressure
Target & Performance:
Individual and team hiring targets
Performance measured on closures, joining ratio, and quality
