Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, and availability.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain a database of candidates and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary packages and manage offer discussions.
Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Achieve recruitment targets and close positions within the given timelines.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
