Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 Fixed + Performance Incentives

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter specializing in Ed-Tech hiring to manage bulk recruitment for non-technical roles such as Counsellors, Academic Advisors, Sales, Operations, and Support profiles.

This role requires strong sourcing ability, excellent communication skills, and the capability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Bulk sourcing through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and references

• Conducting screening calls and shortlisting candidates

• Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle

• Coordinating interviews and offer rollouts

• Maintaining daily recruitment reports and trackers

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in Ed-Tech recruitment

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Ability to handle bulk hiring targets

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets

• Target-oriented and self-driven attitude

Eligibility

• Graduate (MBA HR preferred)

• Fluent in Hindi & English

• Based in or willing to work from Noida
