Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Campus Recruiter to plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment drives across ITI colleges Pan India. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with institutes, manage end-to-end recruitment operations during campus events, and ensure smooth onboarding and joining of all selected candidates in client companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish partnerships with ITI colleges and technical institutes across India.
Plan, schedule, and organize campus drives in coordination with college placement officers.
Promote client opportunities and present company profiles during pre-placement sessions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities — screening, shortlisting, assessments, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Coordinate logistics for campus events (venue setup, travel arrangements, promotional materials, etc.).
Maintain close communication with candidates and ensure timely joining and documentation.
Act as a point of contact between colleges, candidates, and client HR teams.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on campus activities, selection ratios, and joining status.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and represent the company professionally at all times.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong networking and relationship-building skills with educational institutions.
Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
Ability to handle mass recruitment and field operations independently.
Willingness to travel extensively Pan India.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
Result-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / MBA / PGDM in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in campus recruitment or bulk hiring (preferably in staffing or manpower outsourcing industry).
Experience in handling ITI or entry-level technical recruitment will be an added advantage.
