Job Title: Full-Cycle HR Recruiter / Senior Recruiter

(Overseas Recruitment)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluation, and hiring coordination

• Source candidates for overseas jobs using job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability for international roles

• Coordinate with clients and candidates for interviews and documentation

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

• Ensure timely closure of overseas requirements

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory overseas recruitment background

• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment

• Good English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Ability to interact confidently with international clients and candidates

• Knowledge of overseas hiring processes, documentation, and visa basics is an advantage

• Target-driven and able to work independently
