Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.Source candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.).Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Manage candidate communication and provide timely feedback.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).Support onboarding processes and documentation.Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
