Legpro Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Consultant to oversee the complete recruitment cycle for external client assignments. The ideal candidate will excel in understanding diverse client requirements, sourcing and evaluating suitable candidates, managing coordination throughout the selection process, and ensuring smooth onboarding and post-placement formalities, including client communication and invoice follow-up.
Understand and interpret client requirements and job descriptions across multiple roles and industries.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using job portals, professional networks, and referrals.
Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Follow up with clients for feedback, selection updates, and invoice clearance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of candidates and client requirements.
Collaborate closely with client HR/TA teams to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in HR, Management, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in white-collar hiring).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and client-handling abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting strict timelines.
