Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience working in a consulting or staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across Junior to Mid-level positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
Maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future requirements.
Manage offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and documentation.
Build and maintain client relationships for smooth hiring processes.
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Ensure timely closure of positions and meet recruitment targets.
Skills & Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in consulting or staffing firms.
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and market trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools.
