Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and hands-on experience working in a consulting or staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles across Junior to Mid-level positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.

• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future requirements.

• Manage offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and documentation.

• Build and maintain client relationships for smooth hiring processes.

• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.

• Ensure timely closure of positions and meet recruitment targets.

Skills & Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in consulting or staffing firms.

• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and market trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

• Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tracking tools.
