Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for international job vacancies. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating, and mobilizing suitable candidates for overseas employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for international/overseas vacancies across various sectors.

• Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, social media, and recruitment networks.

• Screen candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate client/company interviews.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

• Coordinate documentation, selection, medical, visa, and mobilization processes.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinate with recruitment partners, agents, and overseas clients.

• Achieve monthly recruitment and deployment targets.

• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.

• Ensure proper communication and timely updates to candidates and clients.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Overseas Recruitment / International Hiring.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with bulk hiring and candidate sourcing is preferred.

• Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes will be an advantage.

• Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
