Job Role: Recruitment Executive – Rotational Shift
We are looking for a dynamic and flexible Recruitment Executive to join our team, specializing in international recruitment for global clients. This role is ideal for candidates coming from any field, preferably with a background in BPO/KPO, who have prior experience in calling, coordinating, or handling communication with international clients.
Source and screen candidates from various job portals and social networks
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for international markets (UK, US, APAC)
Maintain accurate records of candidate communications and recruitment trackers
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
Prior experience in BPO / KPO / Voice Process with exposure to international clients is preferred
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office and internet research
Highly flexible and adaptable to rotational shifts, including weekends
Willingness to work in shifts that may vary as per business requirements (Example: 3 PM – 1 AM)
Rotational Shift with no fixed timing
Weekends working (you will get two weekdays off instead)
5-day working structure
