Job Role: Recruitment Executive – Rotational Shift

We are looking for a dynamic and flexible Recruitment Executive to join our team, specializing in international recruitment for global clients. This role is ideal for candidates coming from any field, preferably with a background in BPO/KPO, who have prior experience in calling, coordinating, or handling communication with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates from various job portals and social networks

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for international markets (UK, US, APAC)

• Maintain accurate records of candidate communications and recruitment trackers

• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients

• Deliver a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in BPO / KPO / Voice Process with exposure to international clients is preferred

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in MS Office and internet research

• Highly flexible and adaptable to rotational shifts, including weekends

• Willingness to work in shifts that may vary as per business requirements (Example: 3 PM – 1 AM)

Shift Details:

• Rotational Shift with no fixed timing

• Weekends working (you will get two weekdays off instead)

• 5-day working structure
