Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job specifications
Create and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
Manage the offer process including salary negotiations and onboarding coordination
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
