Job Description:

• Assist in the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

• Support bulk hiring and project-based recruitment activities to meet organizational manpower requirements within defined timelines.

• Maintain an organized candidate database and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.

• Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction activities.

• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining recruitment quality.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.

• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.

• Address candidate queries professionally throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist in organizing walk-in interviews, recruitment drives, and campus hiring activities.

• Maintain confidentiality of recruitment data and employee information.
