Job Title: Recruiter (Delivery Riders - Swiggy & Zomato)
We are looking for a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for delivery riders. The role involves sourcing, screening, onboarding, and handling complete documentation, including ID creation for Swiggy and Zomato platforms.
The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000, along with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and engage delivery rider candidates through job portals, field sourcing, and social media.
Screen candidates and conduct basic interviews.
Handle end-to-end rider recruitment and onboarding.
Manage ID creation for Swiggy & Zomato riders.
Assist candidates with documentation and joining formalities.
Perform background checks and document verification.
Maintain daily recruitment data and reports.
Coordinate with operations team for rider deployment.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Below 10th
Experience: 6 months to 2 years (recruitment or field hiring preferred)
Basic knowledge of hiring and sourcing techniques
Good communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle bulk hiring and pressure
Must be comfortable working 6 days a week
