Role & responsibilities :
Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to offer roll-out
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Foster positive candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the process
Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs and create effective hiring plans
Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment drives
Requirements:
Candidate should have their own laptop and Wi-Fi setup at home.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or consultancy)
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and HR databases
Preferred candidate profile :
Experience hiring in [IT/Non-IT/Tech/Startup/etc.] domains
Comfortable handling multiple job requisitions at once
Understanding of modern recruitment trends and employer branding
