End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Talent Sourcing: Post job openings on portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to attract qualified candidates.
Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist suitable applicants.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.
Database Management: Maintain an updated pool of potential candidates for future requirements.
Employer Branding: Promote English Caffe’s work culture and values to potential hires.
Reporting: Prepare and share recruitment status reports with management.
Compliance: Follow company policies and ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in education/training industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under deadlines.
Basic understanding of HR policies and labor regulations.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
