We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent, maintaining strong candidate relationships, and supporting overall HR operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
Draft and post job advertisements
Assist with onboarding and documentation of new employees
Build and maintain a talent pipeline
Support HR administrative tasks as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment or HR (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
