We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in the Advertising and Digital Marketing industry. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Advertising, Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Client Servicing roles
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial screening calls to assess skills, communication, and cultural fit
Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and stakeholders
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time
1–4 years of experience as an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition professional
Mandatory experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, or Agency hiring
Strong understanding of roles such as Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, Social Media, B2B Sales, and Account Management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
