Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for finance sector hiring.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates till joining.
Understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring process.
Experience using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
MS Office knowledge preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience required.
Female candidates preferred.
Must be comfortable with in-office working.
