Role Summary:
Assist the HR/Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles. Learn end-to-end recruitment processes and support hiring initiatives.
Assist in posting job openings on portals and social media
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate data in the ATS or recruitment tracker
Support recruitment events and employer branding activities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Eagerness to learn recruitment processes
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to multitask and work in a team
Bachelor’s degree in any field
No prior experience required (freshers welcome)
Interest in HR or recruitment is a plus
