Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates
to coordinating interviews and closing offers. This role requires a passion for people, strong communication skills,
and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients across multiple sectors.
Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for client requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company
culture.
Prepare candidate profiles and present shortlisted candidates to clients in a timely manner.
Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from both clients and candidates.
Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process where applicable.
Maintain accurate and updated records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Meet or exceed recruitment targets, KPIs, and service delivery expectations.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights.
