Source blue-collar candidates through job portals, field recruitment drives, referrals, contractors, placement agencies, social media, and local networks.
Manage bulk hiring requirements for operational and frontline positions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for ongoing manpower needs.
Conduct walk-in drives, job fairs, and local hiring Campaigns.
Ensure a minimum of 15 candidate lineups/interviews per day.
Achieve a monthly target of 40 successful payroll joiners/employees
