Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to identify and attract suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)

• Post job openings on portals and social media platforms

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

• Conduct telephonic and initial interviews

• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

• Ensure smooth onboarding process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under deadlines

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using job portals (Naukri, Job hai , Work india etc.)

• Good negotiation skills

• Organized and detail-oriented
