Job Description – Consultant (Non-IT Recruitment)

Payroll: 3rd Party

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Work Mode: Onsite for first 2 months → Remote option available after 2 months

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Consultant – Non-IT Recruitment to support end-to-end hiring for BlackBuck. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across operations, supply chain, sales, logistics and other non-IT functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT roles (Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Support roles, etc.)

Understand role requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure smooth coordination.

Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports.

Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and candidate onboarding coordination.

Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for recurring hiring needs.

Ensure excellent candidate experience and timely communication.
