Stay updated on the latest trends in online education, HR technologies, and recruitment tools, and integrate these insights into hiring processes.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all open positions ( of which admission counsellors’ positions are at large) , from job requisition to offer acceptance.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements, create accurate and compelling job descriptions, and establish a timeline for recruitment.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and university partnerships.
Manage a small team of recruiters.
