Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Recruiter (0–1 year experience) to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for IT positions while working closely with hiring managers and senior recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments (telephonic/virtual).
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
Support end-to-end recruitment processes under the guidance of senior recruiters.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of IT skills, roles, and technologies (preferred, not mandatory).
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualification & Experience
Master degree in HR, Management, IT, or related field.
0–1 year of experience in recruitment (fresher’s with a strong interest in HR/Recruitment are encouraged to apply).
