Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter in International recruitment(2 vacanies)
Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition
Location: Sector-15, Noida, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time (6 days working)
Salary: Rs.35000-Rs.60000
About Aarsh Internationals
Aarsh Internationals, part of the BSL Group of Companies, is an MEA-registered overseas manpower consultancy (Registration: B-0665/UP/PER/1000+/5/8990/2013) based in Noida. We mobilize Indian talent to international markets primarily the GCC and Europe across both white-collar and skilled/semi-skilled blue-collar sectors. Through our integrated "Hire and Train" / "Train and Hire" models, we bridge local skill gaps to meet rigorous overseas client benchmarks ethically and transparently.
Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, high-tempo Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead our overseas blue-collar recruitment operations. In this role, you will lead high-volume mobilization drives for construction, MEP, manufacturing, oil & gas, logistics, and facility management trades. You will partner with international enterprise clients, orchestrate large-scale trade testing, manage grass-roots sourcing channels, and drive compliance across documentation, medical approvals, and visa deployments.
Key Responsibilities & Core Competencies
Curiosity & Fast Learning: Rapidly decode technical client job specifications, international trade classifications, and regional construction/safety codes (e.g., GCC vs. European standards). Distinguish immediately between nuanced technical trades (e.g., 6G TIG/MIG pipe welders vs. structural welders, LV vs. HV electricians).
Candidate Assessment & Intuition: Cut through exaggerated biodatas, evaluate authentic trade abilities, assess physical readiness, and verify true domestic vs. Gulf-return experience to mitigate deployment and workplace failure risks.
Consultative Stakeholder Management: Push back constructively on overseas clients, delegates, and internal leadership regarding unfeasible salary caps, unreasonable trade expectations, or aggressive mobilization deadlines using real-time Indian labor market data.
Proactive Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing across grassroots networks, Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), trade testing centers, community networks, and regional field associates across major labor catchment belts in India.
High Organization & Multitasking: Coordinate concurrent bulk mobilization orders, candidate line-ups, trade testing schedules, passport verifications, and visa filing pipelines without operational bottlenecks.
Negotiation & Closing Savvy: Align candidates early on baseline wages, working hours, and contract terms, securing firm commitments to prevent post-selection dropouts during visa stamping and travel booking.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 6 years of proven experience in overseas blue-collar recruitment, mobilization, or international manpower consulting.
Domain Knowledge: Deep familiarity with overseas labor categories (GCC/Europe), trade test requirements (MEP, civil, mechanical, industrial), and standard Gulf deployment protocols (GAMCA medical, PCC, eMigrate, visa processing).
Network: Established, verified relationships with regional mobilization associates, trade testing centers, and technical training institutes across key Indian sourcing states.
Communication: Fluency in Hindi; functional English proficiency for client and internal reporting.
Operational Discipline: Hands-on experience maintaining candidate trackers, ATS records, and bulk recruitment spreadsheets with high data hygiene.
What Aarsh Internationals Offers
Government-Backed Credibility: Represent an MEA-licensed agency with a 1000+ deployment capacity, ensuring high trust among candidates and foreign principals.
Integrated Training Infrastructure: Direct access to BSL Group's NSDC-partnered training and skilling institutes nationwide to upgrade candidates rather than turning them away.
Diverse Market Exposure: Regular recruitment campaigns spanning established GCC markets as well as expanding European employment corridors (e.g., Romania, Poland, Malta).
Dedicated Backend Support: Full in-house operations teams to manage medical clearance, visa stamping, ticketing, and administrative compliance.
Competitive Compensation: Attractive fixed salary along with deployment-linked performance incentive

Candidate Assessment & Intuition: Screen basic biodatas and conduct phone screenings to identify genuine trade experience, confirm authentic Gulf vs. domestic work history, and spot red flags before physical interviews.
Persuasive Communication: Explain overseas job opportunities, salary packages, overtime policies, food, accommodation, and safety conditions clearly to candidates in Hindi and regional dialects to keep them engaged.
Consultative Stakeholder Management: Communicate ground-level field feedback and candidate turnout numbers to senior recruiters and team leads to help keep recruitment timelines and quotas on track.

Analytical & Data Literacy: Track day-to-day sourcing numbers including call volumes, line-ups, interview attendance, trade test clearances, and drop-offs—to identify and resolve personal sourcing bottlenecks.
Discretion & Inclusivity: Strictly follow MEA guidelines, ethical recruitment standards, and company compliance protocols to ensure accurate documentation and protect candidates from deceptive sub-agent practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 1 to 3 years in talent acquisition, bulk staffing, or recruitment operations. Experience in an overseas recruitment agency or manpower consultancy is an advantage.
Technical & Trade Familiarity: Willingness and capability to quickly learn overseas trades (construction, mechanical, electrical, and industrial maintenance).
