Responsibilities
Post job openings on various job portals and coordinate with hiring agencies.
Source and track candidate applications from portals/agencies.
Follow up with agencies and candidates for timely updates.
Call candidates, screen profiles, and schedule interviews with the concerned managers.
Maintain candidate data and interview schedules in MS Excel.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical ability to match candidate profiles with job requirements.
Excellent follow-up and coordination skills.
Prior experience in recruitment preferred but not mandatory.
