We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic IT Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn end-to-end IT recruitment processes — from understanding job requirements to identifying, screening, and onboarding top technology talent. You will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to help build high-performing tech teams.
Talent Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Coordination & Communication
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate feedback and assist in offer management and onboarding.
Database & Reporting
Update and maintain candidate records in the recruitment database or ATS.
Generate reports on hiring progress and pipeline status.
Learning & Development
Learn about various IT technologies, tools, and job profiles (e.g., developers, testers, cloud engineers).
Stay updated on market trends, hiring practices, and emerging skill demands.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of IT terms or willingness to learn technical concepts quickly.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed.
