Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes based on client requirements and technical skill sets.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and availability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates within specified timelines.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and documentation requirements.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Basic understanding of US IT technologies and job roles.
Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Prior experience or internship in recruitment, staffing, or HR is an advantage.
Understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) is a plus.
