Manage bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and on-ground mobilization activities.
Conduct screening, shortlisting, and coordinate interviews/selection rounds.
Ensure timely documentation, verification, and onboarding compliance.
Maintain daily MIS reports, candidate pipeline, and fulfilment tracker.
Coordinate with clients/vendors for requirements, updates, and closures.
Ensure TAT-driven hiring, meeting daily/weekly fulfilment targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for high-volume demand.
