••Job Description:•

Acee Consultancy is looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting our clients with quality talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates)

• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of job portals and hiring processes

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Work Location: Nahur West (Near Railway Station)

Salary: Up to ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
