Recruiter Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment, work closely with hiring managers, and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting

• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates

• Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS

• Support employer branding initiatives and job postings

• Assist with onboarding documentation and follow-ups

• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring trackers

• Collaborate with the HR team on ongoing recruitment projects

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred)

• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
