We’re looking for a motivated Recruiter Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship is a great opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment, work closely with hiring managers, and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and employer branding.
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate shortlisting
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Maintain and update candidate databases and ATS
Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
Assist with onboarding documentation and follow-ups
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring trackers
Collaborate with the HR team on ongoing recruitment projects
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred)
Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
