Recruiter Executive

We are looking for a Recruiter / Executive to join our team Zarish Shipping & Logistic Pvt. Ltd to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates / Client, interviewing, Mail and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads / Shipping advertisement and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹30,000 and growth opportunities.

Planning and Sourcing

• Find job needs: Talk with managers to see what skills are missing.

• Write posts: Make clear job descriptions and share them online.

• Search for talent: Look at job boards, social media, and resume databases.

• Screening and Interviewing

  • Review CVs: Read through applications to find qualified people.

  • Talk on phone: Do quick chats to check basic skills and interest.

  • Host interviews: Ask questions to test work ability and team fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates via online and offline platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.

• Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

• Verify candidates document's.

• Mail

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
