We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at Shaikh Associates to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Having Knowledge of computer, word Excel and internet browsing
Aware of drafting mail, letters and minutes of meeting
Expert in Routine office work, voucher making, filing and records maintaining, handling vendors, supervise and control on staff, laisoning, addressing members and smartly co ordinating with managing committee and our agency to handle Society affairs.
Job Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Experience in Society Management, Society Administration, Estate Management would be preffered.
