1. Skill Centre Activity:

a. Managing and coordinating the activities of centre, staff and the trainees as per the daily schedule and maintaining constant communication with the Centre Head.

b. Educate the trainees to ensure that they remain compliant with regulations as they relate to the course of study.

c. Support Centre Head to facilitate internships and industrial training opportunities as required, for trainees, ensuring their exposure to real-world work environments.

d. Bring in tie-ups for Internship and placement support for successful trainees under self Employed Tailor Program.

e. Supports candidates in completing all necessary documentation during mobilization process.

f. Council candidate regarding motive of the project, programs available and job opportunities.

g. Constantly Communicate with trainees & parents to ensure successful completion of the program.

h. Recording daily attendance of trainees and staffs.
