Job Role:

Establish and nurture partnerships with industries, employers, and industry associations to create employment and apprenticeship opportunities for learners.
Facilitate structured conversations between employers and training centre to align expectations on skills, roles, and hiring processes.
Build and maintain a robust employer database to support placements and transition pathways.
Conduct employer outreach through calls, company visits, guest lectures, job description collection, and coordination of walk-ins or placement drives.
Build strong working relationships with industry representatives and placement officers.
