Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹30,000–₹60,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)
About the Role
Vaishnavi Industries is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide executive support to the Director. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
Handle emails, phone calls, and business correspondence.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Assist in travel planning and meeting arrangements.
Maintain records, files, and confidential documents.
Support HR and administrative activities when required.
Assist in social media and basic business coordination, if needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional attitude with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Additional Responsibilities
The Personal Assistant will work closely with the Director to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Accompany the Director to client meetings, business events, exhibitions, and official visits whenever required.
Be available for business travel within India as required.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and a high level of trust while handling sensitive business matters.
Coordinate schedules, prepare meeting documents, take notes, and follow up on action items.
Be flexible with work responsibilities based on business requirements.
