Job Summary:

The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the management. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements of the Director/Manager.

• Handle confidential correspondence, phone calls, and emails professionally.

• Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

• Maintain and organize office files, records, and other administrative systems.

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams on behalf of the management.

• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Handle expense reports, purchase requests, and office-related documentation.

• Assist in personal tasks such as travel bookings, payments, and event planning when required.

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or related field).

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Ability to maintain discretion, confidentiality, and a professional demeanor.

• Well-groomed and presentable with a positive attitude.
