Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage the MD’s daily calendar, schedule appointments, prioritize meetings, and send reminders.
Correspondence & Communication: Act as the first point of contact, handling emails, phone calls, and, correspondence on behalf of the MD.
Travel & Logistics: Coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, and itineraries.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between the MD and internal departments (HR, Finance, Sales) or external partners/clients.
Confidentiality & Administration: Handle sensitive personal and professional information with extreme discretion. Perform general administrative tasks, including expense reporting and filing.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a PA, EA, or secretary, preferably supporting senior leadership.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Competencies: Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, proactive problem-solving, and professional demeanor.
